Working with PrimeStaff

Usually, we start with a short conversation about the task, current situation, and expected result. Once the scope is clear, we suggest the most suitable service format, agree on responsibilities and next steps, and then move into the project.
No. You can come to us with the problem rather than a predefined service. We can help determine whether the task is better handled through Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, HR Consulting, or one of our partner-led Business Consulting services.
Yes. Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, and HR Consulting can be combined when the business needs them together. For example, a company may recruit several key roles while also rebuilding its internal hiring process or using fractional HR support.
Yes. The scope does not have to be fixed around a large engagement from the beginning. A company can start with one vacancy, one HR process, or a limited support function and expand as the need grows.
Yes. If hiring volume, team size, or business priorities change, we can review and adjust the level of support.
Yes. Not every engagement needs to be ongoing. PrimeStaff can work on a specific recruitment assignment, HR audit, organizational design project, or another clearly defined task.
Yes. Some services are designed for longer cooperation, particularly HR Outsourcing, RPO, and recurring HR support. The format depends on how much of the function the client wants to keep in-house.

Communication & project management

We assign a responsible person based on the service and project scope. You should know who owns communication, what is being worked on, and where you need to make decisions.
We agree on the communication rhythm at the start of the project. It depends on the type of work: an active recruitment search may require more frequent updates than an HR consulting project.
Yes. Many recruitment and HR decisions require direct input from founders, executives, or functional managers, especially when the role, organizational structure, or internal ownership is still being defined.
Yes. PrimeStaff can complement an internal HR team rather than replace it. We can divide responsibilities between the internal team and PrimeStaff based on capacity and expertise.
The PrimeStaff team communicates fluently in English and Ukrainian, which allows us to work with both local and international clients and candidates.

Yes. The services are designed to work across companies, teams, and markets without requiring everyone to be in the same location.

Pricing & commercial terms

Pricing depends on the service, scope, complexity, and expected level of involvement. A single recruitment assignment is structured differently from ongoing HR outsourcing or a consulting project.
Yes. Once the task and expected scope are clear, we can provide the commercial terms before the engagement begins.
It depends on the service. Some engagements can start with one vacancy or one specific HR problem, while others require a broader scope to make the work meaningful.
Yes. We match the commercial model to the actual scope of work rather than forcing every client into the same package.
Yes. Partner-led Business Consulting is a separate professional service. The scope and commercial terms are agreed based on the specific company formation, tax, accounting, or market-entry task.
The expected scope and known costs should be agreed before work begins. If the project changes or requires additional third-party services, the client should be informed before adding the additional work.

Recruitment cooperation

Yes. We can take responsibility for selected vacancies or markets while the internal team continues handling the rest of the recruitment function.
Yes. Some clients use external recruitment specifically for executive, niche, or hard-to-fill roles while keeping standard hiring in-house.
Yes. If the role is still unclear, the first step is clarifying responsibilities, seniority, required experience, and the candidate profile before sourcing begins.
We review the change and adjust the search where possible. Significant changes to seniority, responsibilities, location, or compensation may require rebuilding the sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline.
We can discuss confidential searches when discretion is required. Agree on the communication and sourcing approach before the search begins.
No. Screening reduces irrelevant profiles before they reach the client. We evaluate candidates against the agreed role criteria before introducing them.
Yes, where practical. PrimeStaff can work within the client’s existing recruitment workflow rather than requiring a separate system for every engagement.

International work

Yes. Depending on the project, PrimeStaff can support recruitment and HR while partner-led Business Consulting covers company setup, market entry, or related international requirements.
Yes. We can structure recruitment around multiple talent markets when the role can be performed remotely, and the company is open to an international candidate pool.
No. International recruitment is based on the relevant talent market, not the location of a PrimeStaff office.
Yes. These are separate service areas, but we can coordinate them. Business Consulting can cover the market and operating setup, while PrimeStaff handles recruitment or HR.

Confidentiality & data

The amount of information shared depends on the project, and you should use sensitive information only for the agreed work. We can agree additional confidentiality terms when the project requires them.
Yes. If the project involves confidential business, organizational, or hiring information, we can agree to an NDA before exchanging detailed information.
Candidate information is used for the relevant recruitment process and should only be shared with the people involved in evaluating or managing that hire.
Yes. For sensitive recruitment or organizational projects, we can limit communication to an agreed group of stakeholders.

Fit & expectations

We work with growing companies and established international teams. The more important question is whether you have a recruitment, HR, or expansion problem that requires additional expertise or capacity.
Yes. Startups may use PrimeStaff for a critical individual hire, building the first HR processes, fractional HR support, or preparing the people function for growth.
Yes. Larger or more mature businesses may use PrimeStaff for specialist recruitment, additional recruiting capacity, process redesign, organizational work, or selected outsourced HR functions.
No. Technology recruitment is one area of expertise, but PrimeStaff also supports leadership, sales, operations, marketing, finance, and other business functions.
We would rather clarify that early than force the task into the wrong service. Where appropriate, we can also determine whether the request belongs to one of our partner-led services.
That depends on the assignment. For recruitment, it may be a successful hire. For outsourcing, it may be a function running reliably without adding internal headcount. For consulting, it may be a process that managers can continue using after the project ends.

Before you contact us

You do not need a complete brief. It helps to know what problem you are trying to solve, what you've already tried, the approximate timeline, and who will be involved in the decision.
Yes. In fact, an early conversation can help when the company knows something needs to change but hasn't yet decided whether the answer is hiring, outsourcing, or process redesign.
Response time can depend on workload and the type of request, so I wouldn't set a hard SLA such as “within 2 hours” unless PrimeStaff can consistently guarantee it.
